When the Japanese auto major Nissan Motor India brought its hatchback, Datsun Go into the country, it became an instant hit which gave the company the confidence to launch the compact multipurpose vehicle (MPV), Datsun Go+ in New Delhi in last February with prices starting at Rs 3.96 lakh (ex-showroom). According to the company, this is India’s first compact family wagon.

Datsun Go+ is the second model in Datsun’s India line up after the Datsun Go hatchback.

Datsun Go+ comes in five versions priced between Rs 3.96 lakh to Rs 5.07 lakh

Datsun Go+ comes in five versions with same petrol engine and one transmission. Datsun Go+ D is priced at Rs 3.96 Lakh, while Datsun Go+ A is having a price tag of Rs 4.33 lakh, Datsun Go+ A is priced at Rs 4.25 lakhs, Datsun Go+ T- Rs 4.92 lakh and Datsun Go+ T (O) – Rs 5.07 lakh

This car comes under the sub-four meters concession rule

The model comes at an overall length of the car is 3.95 meters, which makes it qualify under the sub-four meters rule. Datsun Go+ is available in five attractive colors such as white, Ruby, Gold, Silver and Grey.

This car has a width of 1.6 meters, 1.4 meters height. The wheelbase of the car is 2450 mm. Apart from these features the overall styling has been kept almost similar to Datsun Go. The design has been kept such that the styling aspects appeal to the Indian car lovers as well as make it suitable for the MPV segment.

Datsun Go+ has a powerful 1.2-liter petrol engine

Datsun GO+ adds a little thrill to your daily drive. Its largest-in-class 1.2-liter engine delivers class-leading power and torque.

The three-cylinder petrol engine is capable of producing 67 bhp of power at a decent torque output of 114 Nm. This car can touch the 100 kmph speed from rest in 13.89 seconds.

Datsun Go+ has advanced suspension system for smooth riding even on rough terrains. This car has electronic acceleration pedal which responds extremely smoothly.
